- Full refund available within 7 days of enrollment if no course materials accessed
- Partial refund (50%) available within 14 days with limited material access
- Medical emergencies or family situations considered on case-by-case basis
- Technical issues preventing course access may qualify for full refund
- Course cancellation by FlashUp Energize results in automatic full refund
Each situation is reviewed individually, and we work with students to find reasonable solutions when unexpected circumstances arise.
Certain program components and services are not eligible for refunds due to their nature or immediate value delivery.

We clearly identify non-refundable components during enrollment so students understand which services have immediate value transfer.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Processing times vary based on the payment provider and banking institutions.

- PayPal transactions: 3-5 business days
- Cryptocurrency payments: 2-5 business days
International transactions may require additional processing time due to banking regulations. We provide tracking information for all refund requests.
